Pamela Rambo is an American comic book colorist recognized for her work in the comics industry, particularly on Star Wars titles for Dark Horse Comics. She has also contributed to DC Comics’ Vertigo imprint, most notably on the series Preacher and Y: The Last Man.
After briefly filling in for issue #13 of Preacher, Rambo took over regular coloring duties from Matt Hollingsworth beginning with issue #31, maintaining a consistent visual style throughout the latter half of the series’ run. Preacher went on to win the 1999 Eisner Award for Best Continuing Series.[1][2] In addition to her work on Preacher, Rambo’s role as colorist on Y: The Last Man earned high praise from series co-creator Brian K. Vaughan, who referred to her as an “unsung hero,” while fans also embraced her contributions.[3][4]
